When claiming for a supply of LFD test kits, we have a few top tips to share with you on how to best claim for the service.

When you are submitting the claim on your PMR, please remember to select the correct service in UCF.  To claim for a supply of LFD kits you should use the UCF Covid-19 LFD Supply service. If you use this service to claim for reimbursement of any items dispensed under another service, these items will not be picked up for payment nor will they present in your disallowed items.  You can though resubmit these items for payment under the correct UCF service.  Where we know this has occurred we will be in touch with guidance on what to do.

When entering the number of kits you have supplied, please remember the LFD kits contain 7 tests in the each box, but you only need to enter the number of boxes you gave out not the actual number of tests within each kit. More information can be found on how to claim in our Key Facts.
