Circular PCA(P) (2021) 21 advised that the Drug Tariff in respect of Part 11 discount clawback scale would be reset to 5.03% effective 1 January 2022. 

Drug Tariff Part 11 

The Part 11 discount clawback scale will be reset to 0.00% effective 1 February 2023 to 31 March 2023. The target clawback scale has been adjusted accordingly. See the attached clawback scale at Annex A. 

The Part 11 discount clawback scale will be subject to a further reset to 4.00% effective 1 April 2023. See the attached clawback scale at Annex B for details. 

Pending any further notice, the Part 11 target clawback rate shall be reviewed in accordance with the agreed context of the funding arrangements upon receipt of the next set of survey results.
