Job Description

This position is for a pharmacist manager to start as soon as possible and would suit someone who is either experienced or newly qualified, as full management support will be provided. Part of an award-winning, small, friendly, family-owned and run pharmacy chain, located in Spateston, Renfrewshire - 15 minutes from Glasgow and easily accessible from the motorway.

The Opportunity

The position is full-time with opening hours from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (closed for one hour for lunch), and 9am to 1pm on Saturday. We are looking for a positive individual to work with our experienced and motivated staff members who is a keen team player. A friendly personality and experience in building relationships with patients and surgeries are important. The successful candidate should be organised and able to stay on top of claims required to be sent to the health board.

Qualifications & Skills - To Be Successful

• Ability to provide and promote all NHS and some private Pharmacy Services.

• Ability to grow a business or a keen interest in trying.

• Organised and capable of managing claims to the health board.

• Friendly personality with experience in building relationships with patients and surgeries.

• IP qualification is preferable, but support for IP training will be provided.

• Salary: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year based on experience and track record of growing a pharmacy business.
