Contract Details

• Reduced Hours:

  • Half days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

  • Full days: Tuesday, Thursday (closed 1-2pm for lunch)

Candidate Suitability

• Suited to experienced pharmacist managers, although there is support for those newly qualified, and everything in between.

• Flexible and portfolio working considered.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead your team and support their development and progression.

• Accountability for governance and delivering the role of Responsible Pharmacist.

• Manage the services provided from the pharmacy with a focus on exceptional patient care.

• Look for opportunities to expand the business through NHS and Private services.

• Take accountability for profit through stock management and efficient service delivery.
