About the Role

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key part in leading the pharmacy team, working across the healthcare area and dispensary to meet patients’ needs. Your focus will be to look after your team and deliver excellent service to our patients by managing workload and people to meet the operational requirements of the position.

Job Description

  • Accurately providing prescription medications to patients

  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient queries

  • Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records

  • Ensuring operational compliance to deliver exceptional standards, efficiency, and maximise profitability

  • Managing stock, including ordering, date checking, and organizing medications

  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and professional requirements

  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and promote our services

What You’ll Need to Have

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to continue your professional journey. You will need to be registered with the GPhC and have experience working in community pharmacy in Scotland.

  • GPhC registration

  • At least 1 year of experience in community pharmacy

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in using different IT systems
