Robbie Collins: Digital Communications Officer

I joined Community Pharmacy Scotland (CPS) as the Digital Communications Officer in December 2019. From an early age, I have been passionate about all things digital, and I have been fortunate enough to follow this passion throughout my career. From planning and developing digital solutions for collecting data for market research projects to optimising website functionality to enhance the customer journey, my work has always centred on discovering and implementing innovative strategies to increase company engagement through new technologies.

In this role, I review, develop, and build upon the existing digital communications for CPS, with a focus on improving the user journey and experience. The launch of the new CPS website in July 2019 was a positive step forward. My aim is to further develop this platform by finding new ways to help our audience engage with and access the services and information they need in an intuitive and approachable manner.

When I’m not at work, you will most likely find me running around the streets of Edinburgh, reading a good book, playing football, or acting as a tour guide for friends and family on the weekends.
