The Opportunity
You will be based within a busy community pharmacy that provides excellent patient-centred pharmaceutical care. The ideal candidate should be commercially focused, patient-oriented, and have the ability to lead and develop our enthusiastic dispensary team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for and oversee the delivery of all aspects of the Scottish Pharmacy Contract and optimise the delivery of dispensing and professional services. You will be pivotal in building long-term relationships with all key stakeholders to support the achievement of business goals and objectives whilst maintaining company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills - To Be Successful
You have a minimum of two years’ experience working as a dispenser or technician.
Previous experience in management roles in pharmacy is essential.
Evidence of consistent delivery of key business metrics and the ability to demonstrate how you have impacted the performance of businesses and teams.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Hold an NVQ/SVQ 2 or NVQ/SVQ 3 or equivalent qualification in dispensing.

A highly competitive salary, dependent on experience and qualifications – Monday to Friday, 40 hours, 09:00-18:00 (60 minutes unpaid break), 1 in 4 Saturdays are required (09:00-17:00).
