Michael Oswald: Director of Operations

I joined CPS in August 2014 having previously worked for Boots (from 2007-2014) in pharmacy manager, operations and care home manager roles.  My first position at CPS was Pharmacy Services Supervisor and I became the Head of Pharmacy Services in 2016 when the organisation restructured.  I completed an MBA in 2019 and moved into my current role as Director of Operations on 1st February 2024.
