Physical Assessment Skills Training Opportunity

Published: 23/01/25

Over the last 12 months, NES have been supporting our network of Designated Supervisor’s (DS) to increase their confidence in the use of physical assessment skills and their ability to assess trainee pharmacists utilising these skills in practice. Due to the success of this training NES are running another series of events in the coming months.

These sessions can be attended by Designated Supervisors looking after a trainee this coming year, or any pharmacists looking to undertake the role of a Designated Prescribing Practitioner who feels that increased confidence in the use of Physical assessment skills will support them to do so. There are currently 10 spaces available on each of the following courses:

  • Edinburgh, Westport office. Friday 21st February

  • Edinburgh, Westport office. Thursday 20th March

  • Aberdeen, Forrest Grove house. Friday 28th March.
