The following are the Top Three items currently under discussion and review by your CPS Board.

There is no specific detail, yet, as these are currently “works in progress”. Further detail will follow as available.

Also included are the three topics for the newsletter:

  • Negotiations on the financial package for 2024/25 continue to be constructive, with the CPS Negotiating Team optimistic that an agreement can be reached with ScotGov.

  • The CPS Executive continues to work with P&CFS on behalf of the network to resolve historic and ongoing issues.

  • Hub and Spoke legislation is coming into effect in January 2025 - the CPS executive and negotiating team will work with ScotGov colleagues to review our Scottish NHS pharmaceutical care regulations in light of this.
