Since its launch in the midst of the pandemic, you and your teams have supported the people of Scotland with their minor health conditions over 2 million times!

This incredible achievement and the impact that you and your teams have made on the wider health service has been praised by senior Scottish Government officials, and highlighted across most major news outlets. Health Minister Humza Yousaf honed in on the fact that 10% of these consultations were utilising PGDs for conditions that would otherwise need assessed by a prescriber, and thanked the network for their contribution, noting that the service will develop further over time.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your hard work and dedication to patient care - we will continue to work to raise the profile of community pharmacy services so that you get the recognition you deserve.
