PCR Version 16.0 Now Released

Our colleagues at NSS and ATOS have let us know that the PCR has now been upgraded to the latest version (16.0)

Importantly, this latest version included a new report which will support pharmacy teams in completing mandatory Stage 1 medication reviews for their patients, which are now completed on registration and at annual intervals. From recent reports, there are a significant number of MCR-registered patients who are yet to have a Stage 1 review completed - remember, these registrations won't count towards your totals for remuneration until these reviews have been done!
This Circular encloses new guidance for dispensing General Practises across Scotland.
NSS have asked us to remind you of the requirement to renew the verification certificate which need to be completed before the 24th March 2024.

This circular advises of the introduction of an advance cash payment to be paid to eligible community pharmacies, dispensing doctor practices and DAC suppliers in January 2023.
