Job Title: Pharmacist Manager (Maternity Cover)

Job Description

As the Pharmacist Manager in Thornton, you will deliver care to the local community, maintain excellent relationships with local surgeries and healthcare partners, and support and develop the pharmacy team. This temporary position is likely to last for 12 months.

The role requires you to:

  • Lead your team and support their development and progression.

  • Be accountable for governance and delivering the role of Responsible Pharmacist.

  • Manage the services provided from the pharmacy with a focus on exceptional patient care.

  • Look for opportunities to expand the business through NHS and private services.

  • Take accountability for profit through stock management and efficient service delivery.

Whether you are a new or experienced manager, you will be supported in the role, with opportunities for your own professional development while working with an exceptional team of pharmacists.
