Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the pharmacy team in daily operations.
Ensure the safe and efficient provision of pharmacy services.
Achieve set KPIs and contribute to business development.
Proactively provide and promote NHS services such as Pharmacy First.
Manage and oversee all dispensing processes, including MDS.
Develop the over-the-counter (OTC) product offerings.
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures within the pharmacy.
Facilitate staff training and development programs.
Handle pharmacy opening and closing procedures.
Engage in mandatory CPD and attend relevant training events.
Requirements:
Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
MPharm degree.
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification management experience.
Strong leadership skills and a customer-focused approach.
Excellent communication and numerical skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
