About the Role

At Lindsay & Gilmour, we are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community. As a Non-Pharmacist Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading the pharmacy team, working collaboratively across the healthcare area and dispensary to meet patients' needs. Your focus will be on managing the workload and the team to ensure the delivery of great service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately provide prescription medications to patients.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address patient queries.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

  • Ensure operational compliance to maximize efficiency and profitability.

  • Manage stock, including ordering, date checking, and organizing medications.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and professional requirements.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and promote our services.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of an NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services.

  • At least 1 year of experience working in community pharmacy.

  • Previous experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using different IT systems.

Working Pattern & Benefits

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break.

  • Holidays: 33 days per year.
