LFD Tests Kits Ordering Details – Important Changes

We have had a message from our colleagues at the Pharmacy and Medicines Division at Scot Gov:

Just to note that there is some confusion regarding the email address that primary care contractors must use to order further stock of LFD kits. In the ‘Manager’s Brief’, the email address stated is:

nss.CovidTestingPortalCare@nhs.scot

However, in the SOP and FAQs, the email address is nss.PrimaryCareLFDOrderKits@nhs.scot. 

Please note that the correct email address is the one found in the Manager’s Brief (below), not the SOP and the FAQs. 

The scot Gov web team will update the SOP and FAQs (found here: Coronavirus (COVID-19): asymptomatic staff testing in NHS Scotland - gov.scot (www.gov.scot)), however, this may take some time.

In the meantime, just to note nss.CovidTestingPortalCare@nhs.scot is the correct email address,
