We have been advised that there are a number of LFD Test Kits which are being claimed under the wrong UCF service.

When you are submitting claims for LFD Test Kits on your PMR, please select the correct service UCF Covid-19 LFD Supply.

Also, remember when entering the number of kits supplied, you only need to enter the number of boxes you gave out, not multiples of the number of tests within each kit. More information can be found on how to claim in our Key Facts.
